Haryana CM Manohar Khattar's rally: Women asked to remove their 'black scarf' in Bhiwani district

In a rally of Haryana Chief Minister, women were asked to remove their black clothes in Bhiwani district.
It was ordered that if women wants entry in the rally, then they must remove or change their black scarf.
The incident took place during the Haryana Golden Jubilee celebrations held in Bhiwani on 7th October.
According to the reports of India Today, the weird decision was taken by the Haryana government so that people could not indulge in the activity of protest in the rally.
