Ghaziabad: Horrifying! Jobless techie kills wife, three kids, shares confession video on family Whatsapp group

In a spine chilling incident, a 34-year-old software engineer allegedly murdered his wife and his three children on Sunday. The incident took place at the accused, identified as Sumit Kumar’s Ghaziabad’s Indirapuram residence where he killed his wife and three kids.

Kumar later confessed to his heinous crime in a video that he shared in his family’s whatsapp group. In the video, he also threatened to kill himself by potassium cyanide.

According to a report in Hindustan Times, the accused Kumar is at present on run an untraceable while the bodies of his wife and children have been sent for an autopsy report. The Ghaziabad police have identified the four bodies as Kumar’s wife Anshu Bala, 32, their five-year-old son Prathmesh and twins Aarav and Aakriti, both aged four.

As per New18 reports, after watching the chilling video, Kumar’s sister, who stays in the same locality alerted her brother-in-law, Pankaj Singh who immediately rushed to the flat.

Singh later said that he found the door open and when he entered, found four bodies with stab injuries. According to initial reports, Kumar killed his family as he was not able to manage the financial needs of his family as he quit his job last December and relocated to Ghaziabad from Bengaluru. His wife was a teacher at a playschool. A case of murder has been registered against him under section 302.
