Four live mortal cells found in Teesta Canal in Siliguri. Police and Border Security Force (BSF) have reached the spot. Army bomb squad rushing to the spot.

The live mortar cells, which are total four in numbers have risen high alert in the area and the bomb squad, different patrolling forces have been called in and the diffusing process in underway.
