On 22 November, a 74 battalion Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Sub-Inspector fell prey to an IED blast in Chhattisgarh's Sukma, only a day after two CRPF jawans sustained injuries in an IED blast in Sukma.

At least one person was killed following an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) explosion at Imphal's Singjamei area earlier on Sunday. The incident took place at around 8:40 a.m. soon after a convoy of the Assam Rifles passed through the area.

The IED is suspected to be planted at the central median of the NH-102 road, which comes under the jurisdiction of Singjamei Police Station, Imphal West.
