Chhattisgarh Assembly Elections 2018: 'Look who I found campaigning for us,' when Rahul Gandhi met PM Modi's lookalike

On the last day of the election campaign for the first phase voting in Chhattisgarh, Congress President Rahul Gandhi met a lookalike leader of the rival party. When Rahul Gandhi was on a Rajnandgaon tour on Saturday Abhinandan Pathak met to meet him and left him stunned. The man is a lookalike of non-other than Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Rahul Gandhi got down from his car and met Mr Pathak. Rahul Gandhi ad Mr Pathak greeted each other and the duo went for the campaign.


Rahul Gandhi took to Instagram to share pictures of himself with PM Narendra Modi's lookalike Abhinandan Pathak on Saturday, on last day of Chhattisgarh campaign for the first phase.

"Look who I found campaigning for the Congress party in Chhattisgarh," wrote Gandhi on Instagram.

This meeting was interesting as PM Modi's lookalike came to campaign for Rahul Gandhi in Chhattisgarh. Pathak, who was with the BJP-led NDA constituent Republican Party of India in Uttar Pradesh, joined Congress party last month.
