Chennai: 1 dead in Kishkinta amusement park mishap

One person was killed and nine others injured in an accident at Chennai's Kishkinta Amusement Park on 11 May.
The deceased has been identified as Manikandan. Seven of the injured people are said to be amusement park employees.
According to reports, the mishap took place on a Ferris wheel. According to reports, the accident was caused by a technical glitch. However, these reports are yet to be confirmed.
The injured have been admitted to Deepam Hospital in the city's Tambaram area.
