Ceasefire violation in Sunderbani and Mendhar: Pakistan troops resort to firing, shelling along LoC
In another case of a ceasefire violation, Pakistani troops resorted to firing and shelling along the Line of Control (LoC) in the Sunderbani and Mendhar sectors of Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district. Reports suggest that they are facing strong retaliation from the Indian army.
No casulaties have been reported so far.

"Pakistan today evening violated ceasefire; resorts to firing, shelling along LoC in Sunderbani sector in Jammu", tweeted PTI, quoting an unidentified senior officer.
This comes within a day of another ceasefire violation that took place on 4 October in the Kalsian village of Naushera sector in J&K's Rajouri district.
