An all-women restroom has been built by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) at Tulsiwadi area of Mumbai Central.

This toilet provides a separate room for senior citizens and a separate room for changing babies' diapers.

It also has a vending machine installed that provides sanitary pads to women at an affordable price. It will also have disposable machines.

The toilet will soon be inaugurated by Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray's son Aditya Thackeray and Mayor Vishwanath Mahadeshwar.
