30-page suicide note recovered from man found hanging in Delhi's Vijay Chowk

A 39-year-old man was found hanging from a tree at Delhi's iconic Vijay Chowk, in the Parliament House area, early on 12 May.
Prima facie, it appears to be a case of suicide. According to sources, a 30-page suicide note was recovered from the deceased.
The deceased has been identified as Ram Dayal Verma, who hails from Madhya Pradesh's Shivpur region.
His body has been sent to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital for further examination. Investigation is on in the matter.
