27-year-old woman diagnosed with HIV virus after her husband did this shameful thing with her

A shocking case of HIV virus come to light where a wife filed a case against her husband for infecting her with the deadly virus.

A 27-year-old woman lodged a police complaint alleging that her doctor husband administered her an HIV-infected saline a year ago.

As per the reports of NDTV, the woman also alleged that her husband, who is a homoeopathic doctor has harassed her along with his family for dowry since they got married in 2015.

In 2017, the woman fell sick and her administered her saline at home, she told Police.

As per the police, the woman fell sick once again in 2017 and her husband conducted some more tests and then, she diagnosed with HIV positive.

Now, her husband is seeking a divorce from her due to her disease. However, a woman alleged that she had been infected with HIV through saline.

Meanwhile, both husband and wife undergo with the HIV tests at a private laboratory and in the report, both were HIV positive. But, at a government-run research institute showed that only woman was infected with the HIV virus, said Police officials.

The case has been registered against her husband under IPC sections 328 (causing hurt by means of poison) and 498 (dowry offences).

However, no arrest has been made yet.
