After drawing flak from the Twitterati and social media users during the Mathura violence, the area's MP Hema Malini has launched a new Twitter account which will be used by her to share news about activities in her constituency.
Earlier, the 67-year-old BJP MP had announced that she will restrict her Twitter updates to her Bollywood and dance activities.
She faced flak for sharing pictures from her film shoot amid violence in Mathura.

The BJP MP posted pictures taken during a meeting with officials concerned with developmental projects in Mathura.
