As wedding season is approaching and many of our friends and relatives are all set to tie the knot. When the wedding date and venue are fixed, what most important work is selecting wedding invitation cards. This day you will witness different types and designed wedding cards. But have you imagined a WhatsApp theme wedding card? Yes! In this era of social media, anything can happen.

As WhatsApp is widely used and has become an essential part of everyone’s life, this Gujarat couple took it too seriously that they designed their wedding card in a WhatsApp theme. The couple is all set to tie the knot in February and for this, they have designed the unique wedding card inspired by WhatsApp.


The to-be-married couple ditched old boring patterns of wedding invitation and came up with this out of the box of a creative idea. The couple named, Aarzoo and Chintan, who hails from Gujarat’s Surat designed their wedding card in all new ‘WhatsApp’ style.

The groom is a web designer by profession, who had designed the quirky four-page wedding card. Chintan also credited his soon-to-be wife, Aarzoo, for the idea.

The unique wedding card is of the patent WhatsApp green colour with a 'display picture' of the couple. I

"You are obligated to attend our wedding else you will be blocked on WhatsApp," read their WhatsApp status printed on the wedding card, as per ANI. Well. The couple replaced the WhatsApp logo with a Lord Ganesha picture on the cover of the card to give it a traditional touch.

It took Chintan almost a week to come up with the design of the card. "Unlock Invitation" is printed on the cover of the card. The duo will get married in February.
