#Demonetisation: Viral photos allegedly from Kerala have brought much joy to Twitter

PM Modi government's demonitisation move has given common people a lot of heart burn. The sudden loss of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes, the long queues outside banks and ATMs to get new notes of the current currency have left almost everyone exhausted. And the cash crunch isn't even over yet.

These viral photos of bank queues allegedly in Kerala have left Twitter giggling hysterically. Shared by Sarath Nair who goes by the handle @xterminux, the images have rapidly gone viral. Sneha Koshy, a journalist who works for NDTV, also chipped into the conversation with another mindblowing image. Keralites are apparently standing in queues via proxy. And who is their proxy? Chits with their names on, kept in place by rocks, passbooks, books, bags and even leaves. So much for being innovative.

While it cannot be verified where the images are from, that in no way takes away from just how ingenious they are:
