Sunrisers Hyderabad player Barinder Sran fined for inappropriate behavior

Sunrisers Hyderabad left-armer pacer Barinder Sran has been fined for inappropriate behaviour during his side's Indian Premier League (IPL) clash against Mumbai Indians on 19 April.

Sran was fined 10 percent of his match fee by the match referee for inappropriate behaviour which was deemed contrary to the spirit of the game.

The 23-year-old Indian player admitted Level 1 offence under Article 2.1.7 of the IPL Code of Conduct for Players and Team Officials and accepted the sanction, which is final and binding.

Sunrisers Hyderabad went on to clinch their first win of this IPL season after beating Mumbai Indians by seven wickets with 17 balls to spare at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.
