The initial report stated that the swing fell apart as the ball bearings slipped but later confirmed that accident happened due to broken bolts.
The amusement park opened on Sunday for trial when this shocking event happened. Immediately after the accident, the park was closed for public.
Kashaf was the eldest of six siblings. During the last ride, father of the deceased Abdul Samad said, "She was our reason for smiling and will take the park’s administration to court," He even added that the owner of the parks only value money and not human lives so such parks should be shut.
Owner of the park, renowned industrialist Zubair Tufail said, "He brought the giant swing from China." The Chinese engineers who had installed the monster have been summoned.
