Package Bombing: A 24-year-old boy behind the Austin explosion, died after detonating the last one

A man behind five serial bombing in Austin died on Wednesday after detonating yet another device, Austin Police chief, Brian Manley confirmed in a press conference this morning. 

He also added that the suspect has been behind five bomb explosion since March 2, which has killed two and wounded many other people.

 

The police also shared that the suspect was a 24-year-old boy. He was caught hold while he was parking his car in hotel Round Rock, which was approximately 18 miles north of Austin. His motive behind the attacks isn't clear.

Yesterday, there was a package explosion in a conveyor belt at a FedEx shipping center in Schertz, northeast of San Antonio, which is approximately 60 miles southwest of Austin.

The first bombing happened on March 2 at the front porch of  Austin home, killing  39-year-old  Anthony Stephan House.

The second bombing happened on March 12. This explosion killed 17-year-old Draylen Mason. The third blast happened several hours later and critically injured a 75-year-old woman.
