Quiet your mind and the soul will speak!
Large swathes of India are observing International Yoga day today with a lot of bending and stretching. With yoga events planned in nearly 180 countries across the world, India's stars have come out to support the initiative by publicly practising yoga. The purpose of all of this is to promote yoga and make it a part of everyone’s daily life.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath were seen performing asanas along with hundreds of yoga enthusiasts at Ramabai rally ground in Lucknow. Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal also performed a few asanas at Delhi's Connaught Place. Predictably, yoga guru Baba Ramdev has also appeared on multiple platforms both performing and advocating yoga.

However, the the yoga practitioners who drew the most eyeballs were, as always, India's Bollywood brigade. Stars like Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Jackie Shroff, Arbaaz Khan, Malika Arora and Kangana Ranaut have all posted photographs of themselves doing yoga on International Yoga Day, here are some of them.
