This was a costume act by a 37-year-old attorney, Jason Triplett. He wanted to give his friends a laugh.
While he was waiting for an opportunity. It came down knocking when the wheels of a Boston police wagon stuck in the streets of Washington, near The Gallows. He immediately jumped into action, telling his friends to take a few photos and videos.
The video that went viral was uploaded by Chris Haynes, a restaurant publicist. He was having his dinner when he heard a ruckus and saw “Elsa” run outside to help.
The best part of the video was the unmitigated commitment to helping get the truck unstuck.
