A school teacher was beaten up by a group of boys and their guardian in Uttar Pradesh’s Soraw area near Prayagraj.

The occurrence took place on Thursday during a medical camp at Balkaranpur’s Adarsh Janta Inter College, where the teachers reproached a group of boys for allegedly behaving badly with some female students.

Gangapur SSP Nagendra Singh stated to the ANI that a case had been filed and searches were being carried out in order to arrest the accused students.

“Some male students fell, advertently or inadvertently, on some girls during the health check-up. The students later went to their homes and brought their family members who brutally beat the teacher with sticks,” Singh was quoted as saying by ANI.

The entire attack was filmed on a mobile camera. In the clip, stick brandishing students were seen dragging out the teacher from inside a building and viciously beating him up. The students also went on to vandalize school property, police said.
