Delhi metro shares Power Rangers meme to flaunt its decade long progress
We are just hours away from stepping into 2020 and several people feel the year will also mark the dawn of a new decade. While, there are those, who believes that the new decade will begin with the year 2021.
In the middle of this online discourse, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) showed off their well chosen meme game. The DMRC shared a whimsical tweet on 29th December to exhibit its remarkable progress in the last decade. The tweet features superhero characters Power Rangers.
The DMRC shared two images of the fictional superheros and captioned it, "Beginning of the decade", and "End of the decade."

The ‘Beginning of the decade’ image displayed three superheros in yellow, blue and red. The picture illustrated that there were only these three metro lines at the beginning of the decade.
The second image add up to the colossal growth of the metro connectivity in Delhi NCR as it showed nine superheros in different colours.
In the last 10 years, DMRC brought in six new lines so as to connect several parts of Delhi NCR. If you are a metro user, you would concur that travelling has become much easier because of these metro lines.
