Delhi: 38-year-old woman allegedly raped inside room of Rouse Avenue Court
A 38-year-old women was allegedly raped inside a room of the Rouse Avenue Court in the national capital.
According to police, them matter was brought to light on Monday after which the accused was taken into custody.
On 22nd June, a Police Control Room (PCR) call notified the police that a woman was raped on Rouse Avenue Court premises by an individual who is a staff in the court.
In her statement, the victim alleged that the accused, who is a court worker, raped her inside a room of the Rouse Avenue Court, police official stated.
As per police a medical examination has been completed.
DCP (Central) Sanjay Bhatia stated that a case has been lodged at the IP Estate police station and the accused has been taken into custody.
