The Jungle Book Indian Box-Office: Big jump on Saturday for Mowgli & gang

The Jungle Book witnessed a massive jump in collections on Saturday as it raked in around Rs 13.51 crore. The biz escalated by over 30 per cent on Saturday in comparison to Friday which is a great feat for the film.

The Jungle Book is attracting terrific reports and the same is translating into ticket sales as well. Not just the English version, but the business multiplied even for the Hindi version. The film is doing terrific business in metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, and Bangalore. Even mass centres are contributing well towards the Hindi version.

Day Wise Collections:

  • Day 1: Rs 10.09 crore
  • Day 2: Rs13.51 crore
  • Total: Rs 23.60 crore
  • The film stands a chance to breach past the Rs 100 crore mark at the Indian Box-Office and emerge as the highest grossing Hollywood film of all time in India going past The Fast and Furious 7 (Rs 105 crore approx.) A further jump on Sunday is on the cards and the film is sure to breach past the Rs 35 crore weekend mark.
