If you are annoyed with your belly fat then we have a good news for you. You already know that it is not at all easy to lose weight but it is very easy to gain. People think that taking a long walk in the morning will help them to reduce their belly fat. However, it is not completely true.
The fact is, reducing the weight and maintaining the weight requires two completely different approaches. If you want to maintain your weight then walking regularly is sufficient.
But know this, if you really want to burn your calories, reduce your weight, along with your belly fat then you have to do some regular exercise and maintain your diet. You won't be able to get in shape unless you follow these exercise.

3. If you feel hungry than have fruits in the meantime But don't even try to have any food which has calories, fat etc. It will spoil all your routine.
4. Take maximum 3 chapatis with vegetables. Avoid oily food from your diet as much as possible.
5. Your dinner should be always light. Start by eating salads and then maximum 2 chapatis. No oily food in any circumstances. You have to control yourself if you really want to get in shape. Avoid rice.
6. Exercise is very important so, at least try to do some stretching and running in the morning and some belly exercises.
Remember, walking is good for maintaining health, but running is a must to reducing fat.
