We all know that the royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will take place on May, 19. Meghan Markle is under pressure as their royal wedding will be a live broadcaste and more than a billion people will watch. Imagine if you were at Meghan Markle's place, she has already started excercising and following a healthy diet. Meghan Markle became popular after her role in Suits as Rachel. After that, she was appointed as UN women's advocate (for Political Participation and Leadership).

She spoke several times about her excercise regime and she follows a strict diet to maintain the body. Meghan Markle has been vocal in the past about her love for healthy eating and excercise. Her mother is a yoga instructor so, yoga is in her DNA.

As mentioned above, her mother is a yoga instructor, so yoga and meditation is in her DNA. She said, "It's hands down the best thing you could do for your body," she said. "Your body changes immediately."

She said, “I love an intense vinyasa class - and even better if it’s blasting hip-hop and done in a dark room with candlelight. The best!”

Meghan Markle often trains with friends, she told a Women's Health US: "I'm eager to come to the UK to do a workout with Russell [Bateman], the founder of SBC. My friend Millie Macintosh raves about his workouts, so I'll call her up to do a class together next time I'm back in London."

Apart from Beyonce who follows a vegan diet, Meghan Markle too follows a strict vegan diet, "When I'm filming, I'm conscious of what I eat. I try to eat vegan during the week and then have a little bit more flexibility with what I dig into on the weekends."

In an interview with Best Health, Meghan explained that she also follows 'cheat days'.  "Because I work out the way I do, I don't ever want to feel deprived. I feel that the second you do that is when you start to binge on things. It's not a diet; it's lifestyle eating."

Markle's favourite cheat food is, "French fries—I could eat French fries all day. And I love pasta. I love carbs – who doesn't love a carbohydrate? The same goes for wine. Of course I'm going to have that glass of wine—it's delicious and I enjoy it," she said.

Markle obviously likes wine but other than that her favourite indulgences is, "Do the things you enjoy within reason. Know your body and what works for you and you'll be fine."

While the actress was starring in the legal drama series 'Suits' she shared her daily diet routine. She said, "I try to eat vegan during the week and then have a little bit more flexibility on the weekends. But at the same time, it's all about balance. Because I work out the way I do, I don't ever want to feel deprived. I feel that the second you do that is when you start to binge on things. It's not a diet; it's lifestyle eating."

According to an interview with Good Housekeeping, Meghan prefers hummus and carrots, green juice, almond milk and chia pudding for snacks. Her favourite dish is a healthy roasted chicken, this is the same dish royal couple had when Prince Harry proposed her.

Meghan Markle perfers her normal intensive routine of Pilates, running and yoga in the lead-up to the wedding. Meghan used to share photos about her workout regime on now-deleted Instagram account.

“Pilates Platinum is hands down the best thing you could do for your body,” she told Harpers Bazaar. As per Markle, running is a "moving meditation" and is best for the body. In an interview with shape, "I love running but I think you have to find a work out routine that really speaks to you beyond trying to get goals for your body. For me, running, I need it as much for my head and to clear my head as for keeping in shape."

She also takes out sometime for herself, she told Women's Health US, "We are all so incredibly busy and juggling so many things but I always take an hour to just decompress, watch mindless TV, snuggle with my dogs and enjoy a glass of wine. That's all part of the investment. It's a balance."
