Siya Ke Ram actor Ashish Sharma to play young Narendra Modi in web-series

Ashish Sharma popular household name made his debut in Bollywood with Dibakar Banerjee’s 2010 drama film Love Sex Aur Dhoka. Is all set to make his venture in the digital world with the most buzz project. Ashish is known for his roles on a small screen such as in Siya Ke Ram, Chandragupta Maurya in Chandragupta Maurya, Major Rudra Pratap Ranawat in Rangrasiya and many more.

Ashish is all set to star in Umesh Shukla’s directorial depicting the life of PM Narendra Modi. He will essay the role of young Modi in the web show. When asked Ashish on his experience he said that it's a huge responsibility as he has to represent Modi and has to take forth a part of his life. He added that its an honour for him to be able to portray the most amazing leader.

Meanwhile, the actor had to shoot in all the parts from where Modi hails from Gujarat’s small towns to the Himalayas and left to stone unturned for this web series, he has shot in minus 10 degrees where he was surrounded with snow and had to wear dhoti-kurta basically sadhu clothes for a scene.
