TN Class 10th Result declared! Girls out perform boys; Here's how to check your SSLC result in 7 steps
The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE) Tamil Nadu has finally released the results of Tamil Nadu Class 10th on the official website. TN Class 10th or SSLC students who are waiting for their results can check their scores which is available on the official website of Tamil Nadu.
This year, the overall passing percentage of TN Class 10th is 95.2 percent. However, girls have clearly outperformed boys with 97 percent pass percentage. Whereas, 93.3 percent of boys have successfully qualified the TN SSLC Result 2019.
As per the instructions are given by the TN Board that candidates should keep their admit card or hall tickets ready for checking their scores.
Students can check their results in an easy 7 steps which are given below.
Follow these steps to check TN SSLC or Class 10th Results 2019:
1. Open the official website of TN Board at tnresults.nic.in
2. Click on the activated link ‘TN Class 10th or SSLC Result or Tamil Nadu Result 2019
3. Submit your roll number and other details are given on the admit card
4. Click on Ok
5. Your result will appear on the page
6. Download your result
7. Take a printout for further use
Top three districts for TN SSLC 10th Result 2019 are:
- Tirupur district - 98.53 percent
- Ramanathapuram -98.48 percent
- Namakkal - 98.45 percent
However, in 2018, the overall pass percentage in TN SSLC Board exam was 94.5 percent.
This year, Tamil Nadu Board conducted the TN class 10 examination 2019 or the Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination (SSLC) between 14 March and 29 March 2019.
