SBI Recruitment 2019: Registration process for 2000 posts ends on this date of April; apply now at sbi.co.in
The State Bank of India (SBI) had released a recruitment notification for the 2000 posts of probationary officers (PO) inviting application from eligible candidates from 2 April 2019 at official portal. All eligible and interested candidates who wish to apply for the post can apply on or before April 22 only, as it is the last date to submit online applications.
As per the notification issued on the official website of SBI- www.sbi.co.in/careers, there are total vacancies for 2000 posts of PO, which include 300 for SC, 150 for ST, 540 for OBC, 200 for EWS and 810 for general category candidates. The process of Registration will be completed only after the fee is deposited with the Bank.
SBI will conduct the preliminary exam tentatively on 8, 9, 15 and 16 June 2019. According to reports, the admit cards for the same will release in the 3rd week of May 2019 onwards.

Application fee:
• General/ EWS/ OBC category candidates: Rs 750
• SC/ ST/ PWD category candidates: Rs 125
Academic qualification:
• Interested candidates should have graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government.
Age limit:
• Interested candidates should be between 21 to 30 years of age.
• However, reserved category candidates will get age relaxation according to the government norms.
Dates to remember:
• The download of admit cards from preliminary examination: 3 rd week of May 2019 onwards
• Online Preliminary Examination: June 8, 9, 15, 16, 2019
• Result of Online Preliminary Examination: 1st week of July 2019
• The download of Call letter for Online Main Examination: 2nd week of July 2019
• Conduct of Online Main Examination: July 20, 2019
• Results declaration: 3rd week of August 2019
