NEET Answer Key 2021: NTA to release official answer key before October 6

NTA NEET UG 2021: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the answer keys for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) on its official website soon.

Therefore, candidates who have appeared for the NEET-UG entrance exam should keep their eyes on the official website of NTA at neet.nta.nic.in.


This year, NTA NEET was held at different centres located in 202 cities throughout the country and abroad on 12 September 2021 (Sunday) from 02:00 to 05:00 p.m. in Pen and Paper mode. NTA will upload the scanned images of NEET-UG OMR Answer Sheets and recorded responses on the official website.

NTA is yet to announce the exact date of releasing the scanned copies of OMR sheets on the official website.

In case, applicants want to challenge the answer key then he/she has to pay non-refundable processing fee of Rs 200 per question challenged.

According to an official notification, “Representations made by the candidates against the OMR grading will be verified by the NTA from the actual record and the same will be updated in the data if challenges are found to be correct. However, no intimation in this regard will be sent to an individual candidate.”

Know how to download NTA NEET Answer Key:

  1. Visit the official website of NEET at ntaneet.nic.in
  2. Click on the link which says, “NEET Final Answer Key 2021”
  3. Submit your credentials
  4. Click on Ok
  5. Your answer key will appear on the page
  6. Download NTA NEET answer key
  7. If required, take a printout for further purpose

This year, a total of 16.14 lakh candidates registered for the NEET 2021 exam. Over 95 percent of candidates appeared for the medical entrance exam at over 3,800 centres.
