Indian Navy has invited online application forms to fill 172 vacancies on its official website. Interested and eligible candidates should go through the official website of Join Indian Navy to know detailed information about the latest recruitment drive.
As per the notification, online registration for the post of Chargeman ‘(Mechanic) and Chargeman (Ammunition and Explosive) should be done before 26th May 2019.
The online application process for the same has begun from 13th May and the last date to apply for the vacancies is 26th May 2019.
According to the official notification, the two posts of Chargeman (Mechanic, Ammunition and Explosive), are classified as Group ‘B’, Non-Industrial, Non-Gazetted posts to various Naval Armament Inspectorate (NAI) units at Depots / Ordnance Factories / DRDO Labs / Quasi Military Establishments to undertake inspection / QA Activities.

- Chargeman (Mechanic): Candidates who have the degree of Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Production Engineering are eligible to apply for the post.
- Chargeman (Ammunition and Explosive): Diploma in Chemical Engineering from recognized university/institute, including 2 years of experience.
Selected candidates will get the Level 6 ₹ 35400 - 112400/
Selection of candidates will be based on the screening of applications and written examination.
