India Postal Recruitment 2018: Hurry-up! Apply for Multi Tasking Staff vacancies; check out the eligibility

The India Post Office has invited applications to form for the posts of Multi Tasking Staff. Therefore, candidates who wanted to apply for the posts can apply for the post before the last date. All the interested students can check on the official website about the details of the examination.

As per the official notification, the candidates can apply for the posts before 20th September 2018.


Candidates should remember that before applying for the posts, everyone should check eligibility criteria on the official website of India Post Office.

According to the official notification, 25% by Direct Recruitment will be on the basis of a competitive exam restricted to GDS for selection in the division:

Eligibility Criteria:

The candidates should not be 50 years of age for GDS as on 01.042017 ( relaxable by 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST).

The GDS on deputation to Army Postal Service (APS) as Group ‘D’ staff on civil side and who are GDS for all purposes in the civil side are eligible to appear against GDS quota.

2. 25% of the posts to be filled through Direct Recruitment will be on the basis of Competitive Examination restricted to GDS of the recruiting division for joining Army Postal Services only as Sepoy acker( Male Candidates only). For details about the eligibility, the applicants should go through the official notification.

Age Limit:

The minimum age limit for the exam is 18 years while the maximum age limit is 30 years of age.
