India Meteorological Department recruitment: Hurry! Apply for 45 scientist posts for salary above Rs 2 lakh; know last date

India Meteorological Department has advertised notification for 45 scientist posts job opening. Those candidates interested and eligible can apply before the last date. Candidates selected can get a remuneration between Rs 1,23,100 to 2,15,900.

According to the latest IMD notification, candidates for the posts of Scientist-E will get a salary between Rs (1,23,100 to 2,15,900), for the posts of Scientist-D Rs (78,800 to 2,09,200 and for the post of Scientist-C Rs (67,700 to 2,08,700).

The eligible candidates can apply for the posts online through the official website, imd.gov.in on or before April 13, 2019

Scientist-C: 20

Eligibility criteria- Educational qualification:

Interested candidates are required to have a bachelor’s degree in Science (with physics as one subject) or in Computer Science or in Information Technology or in Computer Applications.

Note: Electronics and Telecommunication engineering diploma holders from a recognised institution are also eligible.

Age Limit:

Not be more than 30 years of age.
