HTET Results 2017: Know the reason behind the delay in the announcement of the result

Speed News Desk | Updated on: 24 February 2018, 12:51 IST

Haryana Teacher Eligibility Examination result has been delayed for some reason due to which candidates were becoming impatient for their results.

The reason behind the delayed in the announcement is because of the Aadhaar-based biometric attendance of all the test takers. As this year, the board had mandatory to fill the Aadhaar number in the application form.

As last week, BSEH (Board of School Education Haryana) said that the result will be out in a week's time. As per the Board, due to the incomplete biometric attendance of some students because of technical reasons caused a delay in result declaration.

Therefore, candidates who are not having Aadhaar card will have to register first for the identification process which has already started from 23 February. All such candidates can visit the Board Headquarter on 24 and 25 February. The facility will remain open from 9 am to 5 pm on the two days. All the candidates have to carry the admit cards for the verification process.

The BSEH has released Aadhaar centre lists by district wise for HTET biometric attendance and the list of candidates level-wise for biometric attendance on its official website, bseh.org.
