Good news! DRDO extends last date of contest for reward upto Rs 10 lakh; click to read

The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has extended the innovation contest on its official website and candidates who will win the contest will get the reward up to Rs 10 lakh.

DRDO has released the ‘Dare to Dream’ contest on its official website and now it has extended the last date to submit the form through the prescribed format till 31st March 2019. Candidates can apply for the contest on the official website at drdo.gov.in.

As per the latest notification released by DRDO reads, ‘on popular demand, the closing date of Dare to Dream DRDO innovation contest is extended to March 31, 2019.’

Dare to Dream contests prize money:

The top three candidates will be awarded Rs 5, 4 and 3 lakh respectively to those who will participate solo while under start-up category, the candidates will get the award Rs 10, 8 and 6 lakh respectively.

Age limit:

The minimum age limit to apply for the contest is 18 years while DRDO has not released the upper age limit to apply for the contest.

1. Visit the official website of DRDO at drdo.gov.in
2. Click on the dare to dream: DRDO Innovation contest
3. Register yourself for the contest
4. Select either on 'individual' or 'start-up'
5. Submit your details asked on the page
