CBSE Class 12th Board Exam Result 2021: Board important decision on internal assessment marks

CBSE Board Class 12th Result 2021: Prime Minister Narendra Modi ended all speculations about conducting CBSE Class 12th Board Exam 2021 on June 1 after cancelling CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021.

Days after Prime Minister announced the Class 12th exam cancellation news, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is working on releasing results for class 12th board students. It has directed its affiliated schools to upload the internal marks, including practical and viva marks on the official website by June 28, 2021.

The board has extended the last date to submit the internal assessment marks. After schools upload the internal assessment marks then the only board will prepare the result for CBSE Class 12 Board Exam. However, some practical exams for some CBSE Class 12 students are pending. Therefore, the board directed the schools to conduct the practical exam and viva test through online mode due to the prevailing coronavirus pandemic.

"In subjects where the external examiner has not been appointed, the concerned school teacher of the subject will conduct the internal assessment based on the instructions given in curriculum in an online mode and upload the marks awarded at the link provided by the Board," said CBSE in a letter sent to schools.

The letter also stated that CBSE will appoint an external examiner who will decide the date of the practical examination or project evaluation in consultation with the internal examiner.

Students whose practical examinations are pending will be informed by the internal examiner about the practical exam dates and a meeting link will also be shared with the students.

In a big update, CBSE informed that it will take some time to decide the CBSE Class 12 board exam 2021 result as the criteria have not been decided yet.

Meanwhile, students are advised to keep on checking the official website of CBSE to know official updates about the CBSE Board exam result 2021.
