Virat Kohli impress fans with his new '180 landings' workout [Video]

Indian skipper Virat Kohli took to twitter to share a video of him doing a ‘180 landings’ exercise. The Indian skipper like everyone else is spending time at home amid the nation wide lockdown.

The 31-year-old is not slowing down his fitness regime lightly and has been constantly working to stay in shape. In the clip, Virat Kohli can be seen landing on his feet after jumping 180 degree on the other feet as he aces the exercise. "My first shot at 180 landings. Top exercise," Kohli captioned the video on Twitter.


As soon as Virat posted the video, fans appreciated the hard work being put in by the Indian skipper.

"Keep inspiring Virat bhai.. you are legend," a fan said.

"Oh my King everything you do is so ICONIC," another one joined in.

Indian cricketers are sweating it out at their homes to maintain their fitness as gyms across the country have been shut due to the lockdown.

Earlier, Harbhajan Singh shared a clip of him working out, however it was virat’s comment that took the focus.

Virat Kohli, while pulling Harbhajan’s leg, commented in Punjabi to leave fans in splits.

"Well done paji. Building kampp rayi aa magar thodi thodi (the building is shaking a little)," Kohli commented on Harbhajan's post.

Captain himself is doing everything to maintain his fitness. Not long ago, Virat had posted a workout video where he can be seen lifting weights that not only impressed his fans but also caught AB de Villiars attention.
