The throw made by Virat Kohli crashed the stumps way before wicketkeeper MS Dhoni got into position. As we all know, how fast Dhoni is with his gloves, so it was one of the rarest of rare occurrence that left the former Indian skipper impressed.
Earlier, on Saturday, after winning the toss Virat Kohli chose to bowl fast. The Australian team was already struggling at the score of 113 for 7 at the beginning of 19th over when the Australian batsman Daniel Christian decided to test Virat Kohli's fielding and went for a second run. Kohli took the ball and threw it within the blink of an eye. Dhoni was startled by the throw, but the Indian wicketkeeper knew straightaway that the batsman was short on the crease when the ball hit the wicket and the review proved him right.
