"Shahid Afridi will captain the ICC World XI in the absence of Eoin Morgan," the International Cricket Council tweeted.

England’s Eoin Morgan sidelined due to fractured finger and will be replaced by fellow countryman Sam Billlings in the World XI squad.Eoin Morgan got injured  during a Middlesex game against Somerset at Taunton on Sunday.
