The cricketer we are talking about is New Zealand's famous player and fast bowler Shane Bond. Only a few people are aware of the fact that New Zealand's former fast bowler had been a struggling traffic police officer. Remembering his old days, Bond said how his old job made him strong mentally.

Shane Bond, in a recent interview, remembered that how he allowed a vehicle on the wrong side and after seeing this some people who were standing opposite to his direction made fun of him. Shane said that definitely that was not a good time for his career and personal life. Due to this low phase, he got confident that he started preparation for international cricket career.

After this Bond discussed his love for pace, he said "I always had a love for pace and I wanted to be the best in pace bowling. Sledging was not my habit, but I just focused on bowling."

He even said in that interview, during the practice session also he was loyal and gave importance to physical fitness. He even told that he felt the prestigious moment when he got wickets of cricketers like Sachin, Steve Waugh, Jacque Kallis, and Brian Lara. They were all the great cricketers.
