Royal Challengers Banglore clashed with the Mumbai Indians yesterday in the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. Mumbai Indians won the toss and invited the Challengers to bat first. RCB posted 167 runs at the end of 20 overs. However, Mumbai could score only 153 runs and lost the match.

There came a moment in the match when the captain of the Royal Challengers Banglore Virat Kohli got out and he knew it but did not budge from the crease. He stood there as if nothing had happened. Virat received flak on the social media for his act.

Many of the users on the social media criticized him for his action. The furious users said that this is not the way to play a fair game. The reason behind the great respect in the hearts people for players like MS Dhoni and Sachin Tendulkar is that they never did something wrong on purpose and played their game maintaining the healthy spirit of the game.

The 31st match of the tournament was played between Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Banglore and batting first RCB put a score of 167 runs on the scoreboard. Mumbai came to chase the target but could not match the RCB. The Banglore bowlers were in form driven by Tim Southee's great performance who took two wickets and also restricted the runs. He conceded only 25 runs in his spell of 4 overs.

Kohli hit 32 runs off 26 balls. Actually what happened was that he got out on one of Hardik Pandya's deliveries and he was caught by Kieron Pollard and he acted as if nothing had happened.
