IPL 2018, KKR v RCB: Virat Kohli's team sets the target of 177 runs for Dinesh Karthik's team

The third match of IPL 2018 is going in between Virat Kohli's team Royal Challengers Bangalore and Dinesh Karthik's team Kolkata Knight Riders. Both the teams are star-studded and fans have expected so much thrill from the match. As Dinesh Karthik won the toss and elected to bowl first so Virat Kohli and his team had to set the target for KKR.

While coming to bat first RCB got a solid start from their opening batsman Brandon McCullum who played a brilliant knock of 43 runs in 27 balls, however, his partner Quinton De Cock got out soon on 4 runs. Then came to bat team's skipper Virat Kohli who did an average batting and made 31 runs on 33 balls.

 

Well like always Develliers came to save the team and played a hard-hitting innings by making 44 runs in 21 balls with the help of 5 sixes. On the other hand, young player Mandeep Singh also made 37 runs in 18 balls. In the last, the team RCB made 176 runs in 20 overs by losing 7 wickets.

Now Shah Rukh Khan-owned team KKR had to chase 177 runs to win the opening match of IPL 2018 for their team. The team has players like Sunil Narine, Chris Lynn, Robin Uthappa, Dinesh Karthik (c & wk), Nitish Rana, Rinku Singh, Andre Russell, who can give a strong win to the team.
