Rohit Sharma scored an unbeaten 208 in 153 balls, with 13 fours and 12 sixes, which helped India to win by a huge target of 393 runs at Punjab Cricket Association IS Bindra Stadium in Mohali.

In the second one-day of three match series between India and Sri Lanka, driving on Rohit Sharma and Shreyas Iyer explosive batting, the 'men in blue' managed to score 392 for 4 wickets. Rohit scored an unbeaten 208 in 153 balls with 13 fours and 12 sixes. Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan started the innings comfortably but after completing a 100-run partnership, Shikhar Dhawan scored 68 runs. Team India beat Sri Lanka by 141 runs in Mohali ODI, with a 1-1 draw in the three-match ODI series.


Angelo Mathews gave his best to for his team. Mathews played an unbeaten innings of 111 runs. Yuzvendra Chahal took 3 wickets for Team India, while Jasprit Bumrah scored 2, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Hardik Pandya and Washington Sundar got 1-1. Rohit Sharma was adjudged 'Man of the Match' for his record third double century.
