He shared the picture of his newest addition in the family on Twitter. He recently toured South Africa for the three-match Test rubber, was naturally exuberant from the time he and his beloved were expecting. He also tweeted on their anniversary with Puja and wrote, "5 years of togetherness and a little one coming soon, to the best times ahead."
We're expecting our little bundle of joy this year. May the coming year be as blessed and happy for everyone as it'll be for us 😇 pic.twitter.com/PSFhmkvL2K— cheteshwar pujara (@cheteshwar1) January 1, 2018
Cheteshwar posted in December, 2017 on Twitter to tell that they are expecting their baby. "We're expecting our little bundle of joy this year. May the coming year be as blessed and happy for everyone as it'll be for us."
Congratulations to you and Puja. Welcome to this side of the world, you'll totally love it. Wishing a healthy life to all 3 of you. https://t.co/Os9s9QW5mc— Harbhajan Turbanator (@harbhajan_singh) February 23, 2018
Having a tough time to make a mark in the limited overs, let alone the star-studded affair of Indian Premier League (IPL), Pujara intimated, "Perception I would say has played a major role. If you check my performance in List A (average of 58 plus over 88 games) and T20s (strike rate of 105.18 in 58 games), I still have a lot to offer in shorter formats. I am not at all worried as I know my opportunity would come at some point of time."
