On 10 August, the Rajasthan Cricket Association (RCA) president Lalit Modi met the state body's officials in Dubai where a decision was taken to completely accept the resolutions structured by the Justice Lodha Panel for state associations.

As per the discussions, the RCA office-bearers have decided to call for an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to make changes to the constitution.

The office-bearers resolved that no person would hold the post for more than nine years. Player representatives (men and women) and a nominee of the State Accountant General will be included and former international players will get automatic membership, with proxy voting coming to an end.

Apart from the above, the office-bearers also resolved to make changes to the membership criteria of the RCA.
