England all-rounder Ben Stokes has been dropped for Wednesday’s England-West Indies ODI after his arrest in Bristol.

According to BBC report, the incident took place after England’s win in the third ODI against West Indies on Sunday.

With the history of poor behaviour, Stokes spent his night in jail.

His teammate Alex Hales was also involved in the incident but was not arrested.

“Hales, who was with Stokes on Sunday night, did not train this morning and has returned voluntarily to Bristol today to help police with their inquiries. You will understand that we cannot offer further detail at this stage but will provide any updates when we can.”

Hales and Stokes will miss the fourth one-day international against the West Indies at The Oval on Wednesday.
