Petrol and Diesel Today Price: Once again fuel price increases on the third day due to this big reason!

Once again there is a hike in the prices of petrol and diesel today for the third consecutive day on Saturday (January 12). The reason behind the increment in the rate of fuel as global oil prices fell about 2 per cent on Friday.

As per the information was given by IOCL, the price of diesel is higher in comparison to petrol. Even today also, the price of diesel is more than the petrol price.


In the metro cities like Delhi, petrol will sell today at Rs 69.26 per litre after an increase of 19 paise over 11th January price. On the other hand, the rate of the diesel has been increased of Rs 29 paise and will sell today at Rs 63.10 per litre.

In Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai, there has been an increase of 19 paise per litre today. After this, the prices of petrol in these three cities have increased to 71.39, 74.91 and 71.87 per litre respectively.

It is believed that the price of petrol diesel is being affected due to the rise in the cost of crude oil due to the reduction in production of APEC countries. It is estimated that a further increase in prices of petrol diesel can be found.

While the price of diesel has registered an increase of 30 paise per litre today. In Delhi, the price of diesel has gone up by 29 paise per litre to Rs 63.10 per litre in Delhi. In Kolkata too, the price of diesel increased by 29 paise, after which diesel prices have been priced at Rs 64.87 per litre today.

If the financial capital of Mumbai, the price of diesel has gone up by 31 paise to 66.04 rupees per litre. In Chennai, the price of diesel has gone up by 31 paise to Rs 66.62 per litre today.
