Maruti Suzuki Festival Offer: This car of Maruti will now be cheaper by Rs 1 lakh

Ahead of Navratri and Diwali festival, Maruti Suzuki made a big announcement for its customers. People who are planning to bring a car to their home this festive season then Maruti has released a new price notification to woo the customers.

According to new price notification, Maruti Suzuki India’s popular Baleno RS model will be cheaper by Rs 1 lakh.

“This is to inform that Maruti Suzuki India Limited announced a price reduction of select models by ₹5,000/- on September 25, 2019. Along with the above reduction, the company has also reduced the Ex-Showroom price of its model i.e. Baleno RS by ₹100,000/-,” the carmaker said in a BSE filing.

Earlier on Wednesday, Maruti Suzuki India Limited had reduced the prices of entry-level cars and diesel variants of all products by Rs 5,000. The prices have been decreased for its best-selling cars i.e. Alto K10, Alto 800, Swift Diesel, Ignis, Baleno Diesel, Dzire Diesel, Tour S Diesel, Celerio, S-Cross and Vitara Brezza.

With this announcement, the price cut would boost the auto market.

Recently, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman also reduced the effective corporate tax rates from 30% to 22%.

Therefore, this notification of Maruti will help in reviving the automobile market.

Besides the price cut, Maruti will also have some promotional offers which vary from Rs 40,000 to Rs 1 lakh on various models.

Earlier in a press release, “ This announcement around the festival season will help boost customer sentiment and revive the market to create demand.”
