After this cut, petrol went down to Rs 70.55 per liter and diesel at Rs 65.09 per liter in Delhi on Sunday. However, it is believed that the government can increase excise duty on petrol and diesel in the next few days. In such a situation, prices may increase.

On the other hand, petrol in Mumbai is selling at Rs. 76.13 and at Rs. 68.10 per liter.

International prices have been falling steadily in the last few days, so petrol-diesel have been cheaper. Although the situation may change in the next few days, because countries producing crude oil have reduced supplies. In such a situation, prices will start to grow again.
