Significantly, the film has collected around three times multiple than its budget of 25 crores. The film has given three times multiple profits to the makers and it's earning is going high day by day. With this, Uri also has become the first super hit and 100 crore film of the year 2019. Usually, January always goes slow for the box office but Uri has just changed the myth.

The film was released on 800 screens but its advance booking was quite high and the audience loved the performances of the lead actors. Earlier the makers also loved the trailer of the film, the film was actually based on the true incident took place in Uri in 2016.
