Shah Rukh Khan’s Jab Harry Met Sejal passed without any major cuts

The film has got U/A certificate in spite of facing issues for the trailer

Imtiaz Ali’s Jab Harry Met Sejal which features Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma is set to release in August. Earlier there were reports that Censor Board chief Pehlaj Nihlani had objected to the use of word intercourse in one of the trailers and there was a huge debate on it. However during the trailer launch,  Imtiaz Ali revealed that he not really had to face any problem while getting a certificate for the film. He said, “We have got a U/A certificate for our film. There has been no visual cut but the board has demanded some audio cuts and we have agreed for it. There are some minor changes. We are happy with it.”

There were speculations that since the makers might be asked to have lot of cuts in the films since the Censor had objected to a word in the trailer which was released online.

Jab Harry Met Sejal is co-produced by Shah Rukh Khan and it is Imtiaz’s first film with Shah Rukh and Anushka.
