Shah Rukh Khan has a very special role in Ranbir Kapoor's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil

After winning over viewers with their films like Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham and Kabhi Alvida Na Kehnaa, Shah Rukh Khan and Karan Johar are all set to weave their magic once again.

Shah Rukh will be seen in a cameo appearance in Johar's next, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, starring Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai and Anushka Sharma.

According to report in a leading daily, King Khan recently shot for his role in the film. His character will be a pivotal plot-mover as the Raees actor will play the role of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's husband in the film. The role is reportedly inspired by Shashi Kapoor's character in Doosra Aadmi.

Shah Rukh Khan had previously revealed that he had heard the music of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. He expressed confidence that the music would win acclaim as one of the best music albums of 2016.

Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, touted to be Karan Johar's most ambitious film till date, is set to clash with Ajay Devgn's Shivaay at the ticket window this Diwali.
